Shipping Policy

All orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day or according to the shipping schedule below, schedule accordingly. Orders will be shipped using United States Postal Services (USPS).

Please allow three (3) business days for order processing and additional four (4) business days for priority delivery for domestic orders.

For all international orders, please allow three (3) business days for order processing and an additional three (3) to ten (16) business days for priority delivery.

For all customized wigs orders, please allow two (2) business days for order processing and an additional seven (7) business days for priority delivery for domestic orders. Please refer to international shipping for orders outside of the US.

In addition, the shipping address MUST match the billing address or your order will be refunded. NOTE: Identification or driver’s license may be requested prior to shipping via email to shevonejcollection@gmail.com to verify the shipping address for wig orders.
